Rachelle grew up in a family of prominent land developers and custom home builders on the East Coast. After college, she spent 10 years as a Regional Manager for AvalonBay, UDR and Bell Partners. She managed 11 properties with over 8,000 units; and oversaw many capital improvement and construction projects.
Rachelle's career in the painting world began on the West Coast over 8 years ago. Because of Rachelle’s many years as a regional manager, she has an intimate understanding of the needs of both the property management company and the property itself (staff and residents, alike) while the painting project is in full swing. This has been a key to her success – top notch customer service, attention to detail and her record of finishing each job on time.
